What does Alex check?
Whether the government-issued ID is a real document rather than an altered one or a photograph of a screen, whether it is still in date, whether the live selfie matches the photo on the document, and whether the name is the same across the document, the details entered and the application. Outside help during the interview is Proctor's job, and checking that the application itself is genuine is Verify's.
