With this developer partnership, Bullhorn customers can now access Alex, our autonomous interviewer, directly in their systems. Today, Alex can:
- Automatically build an interview plan based on job data in Bullhorn
- Automatically schedule screens with candidates as they apply or enter the system
- Live interview candidates over a call
- Write up interview feedback notes directly into the candidate’s profile and in custom fields
- Enrich candidate profiles and job data for the next-level searching and matching
