- Automatically create interviews based new jobs added in Tracker
- Automatically invite candidates who apply to speak with Alex live on video or phone, within seconds of applying
- Interview candidates with bespoke follow-up questions based on the content of the response
- Write detailed feedback to the candidate's profile and the Job Opportunity so you always know the latest
- Enrich candidate profiles with intelligence from the conversation for next-level, up-to-date searching and matching
